 2) Virgin Orbit ($VORBQ) has received 30+ IOIs heading into its expedited bankruptcy sale.

  • The indications of interests will propose to continue business operations as a going concern and retain current employees of the integrated enterprise. There is a bid deadline for final binding offers later in May.

  • While only Company advisors will know the bidding parties, CEO Dan Hart had the following to say:

    • "I’m pleased with the number and quality of the indications of interest we've received, which we believe reflects the innovative ideas and hard work the team has put into the development of this unique system."

  • Shares finished the week +20.6%.

In Other News

Orbital Outpost X Raises $5M

The space-related technical services (fka Space Villages) received a $5M convertible note from Netherlands-based Space Infrastructures Ventures. The note will become an equity investment in the firm's Series A round. 

EnduroSat Raises $10M Round 

The satellite-as-a-service startup raised the capital via its Series A round, which was led by Luxembourg-based Ceecat Capital. Other participants included Freigeist Capital of Germany.
