Happy Friday! Fall is officially here (in the U.S.) and that is what Space stocks continued to do this week. In an on rush of press releases this week, Rocket Lab hosted a bullish investor day in NYC and Hilton Hotels is collaborating with Starlab space station. Lets dive in.

1) Rocket Lab ($RKLB) hosted its Investor Day and Neutron Update live in New York City on Wednesday. 

  • The event showcased Neutron launch vehicle development progress, outlined the path to target margin model for Electron and Space Systems and provided product roadmap for future space systems capabilities.

  • Stifel voiced continued bullishness following the event, reiterating their 'Buy' rating on the company and setting a $15 price target.

  • Analyst Erik Rasmussen noted "We remain encouraged by the speed of execution and change within the business and how their revenue continues to scale, bring profitability into focus and be a positive catalyst for the stock."

  • He concluded stating "Rocket Lab is one of the highest quality space companies to enter the market." 

 2) Hilton Hotels ($HLT) announced it will design astronaut suites and facilities for Voyager Space and Lockheed Martin's ($LMT) private space station known as Starlab.

  • In addition to design, Hilton will also work with Voyager to examine opportunities for marketing of the space station and astronaut experiences onboard.

  • Dylan Taylor, CEO of Voyager, said the partnership derived from a relationship that began in early 2020, when astronauts on the ISS baked chocolate chip cookies as the first experiment of baking food in space. Interesting!

 3) Redwire ($RDW) signed an MOU with Bradford Space and Swedish Space Corporation to jointly develop a commercial orbital debris removal service.

  • Through the collaboration, Redwire will expand the development team and add extensive space robotics and guidance, navigation and control (GN&C) experience to enhance the commercial offering.

SpinLaunch Raises $71M Series B Round 

The California-based space launch catapult startup raised capital to continue developing its system and a line of satellites. Preview it here. The round was led by ATW Partners and is a mix of debt and equity. The company did not disclose the split.

OneWeb Plans to Raise ~Ā£3B of Debt 

The British firm plans to use the capital to fund the second generation of its LEO broadband constellation, GEN2 satellites, that could support navigation. With 428 satellites currently in LEO, the company plans to have 648 in space by 2023 and has received approval for a total of 2,000.
