1) France has joined The Artemis Accords, becoming the 20th country to sign the US-led multi-lateral agreement.

  • The pact aims to govern how countries behave in space and on the moon and marks one of the most significant endorsements yet.

 2) Elon Musk told SpaceX employees Starlink isnā€™t likely to IPO until "three or four years from now."

  • Per CNBC, Starlink's business needs to be ā€œin a smooth sailing situationā€ with ā€œgood predictability.ā€ He also noted that ā€œthe public markets are fickleā€ and ā€œreally pistol-whip you if you donā€™t meet expectations.ā€

 3) Northrop Grumman ($NOC) has landed a $2 billion dollar multi-year contract with ULA.

  • The contract allows for increased production of its Graphite Epoxy Motor solid rocket booster. The award supports Amazonā€™s ($AMZN) Project Kuiper and additional ULA customers with increased production and a significant facility expansion.

 4) Various Space Stocks will be added to the Russell 3000 and Russell Microcap indices during this year's annual rebalancing on June 27th.
